We finally changed our strict “no pets” rule, but there is a catch. You can bring up to two non-aggressive dogs, but only on a case-by-case basis in designated cabins. Do not just show up with your dog. You need prior approval from our team.
Expect a $75 non-refundable fee for the first dog and $50 for the second. Your security deposit hold will also bump up from $150 to $250. Keep them off the furniture, leash them outside, and crate them if you leave the property. Sneaking an unapproved animal inside? That is an instant $250 penalty and possible eviction.
Do Cabins Have Private Porches or Decks With Seating?
A lot of rentals claim to have a “deck,” which turns out to be a tiny wooden box where you stand shoulder-to-shoulder with your neighbor. We do not do that here. Every single property features its own dedicated outdoor setup.

Is the Hot Tub Cleaned and Sanitized Between Guest Stays?
Nobody wants to sit in questionable water. We take hygiene seriously. Our hot tubs are periodically fully drained, heavily scrubbed, and tested before you ever receive your check-in code.
Because of this extreme deep clean between guests, the water might still be climbing to that perfect steaming temperature right when you arrive at 3 PM. Also, leave the bath bombs at home. Adding foreign substances to the water guarantees a $150 to $300 service charge.
Is Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Available?
Standard arrival starts anytime after 3 PM using an electronic door code sent to your email. You get an easy self-check-in process without standing at a front desk. Departure is firmly set for anytime before 11 AM.

The person booking the cabin must be at least 21 years old. Generally, our properties are strictly built for exactly two guests.
However, if you have kids or an extra adult, book Black Bear or Lakeview. Those specific cabins feature a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper, accommodating two children or one additional adult comfortably.

Is There a Security Deposit?
Yes. We automatically place a $150 hold on your credit card before your arrival date. If you don’t break anything or smoke inside, it gets released shortly after checkout.
Can We Smoke Inside the Cabin?
Absolutely not. We strictly prohibit all forms of smoking inside, including vaping and cannabis. Violators get hit with a $250 deep cleaning fee and face immediate eviction
